New customer call charge for landline call when on unlimited calls

I have just been having a look at my online bill as a new customer to ensure all is as expected.
I noticed a charge on there for the call below which should not be chargeable under my contract.
Please can you advise why you think it is chargeable ? If not please can you amend and remove the charge.

Hi,
It looks like you were charged prior to the phone component being added and activated on your account. I'll refund the call, and I am confident that you will not see the problem again.
