New customer bill questions
Hi, is there anyone from Plusnet that monitors these boards. There is charges that i can't understand on my bill and I would like to speak with someone at the company, but the phone number is unavailable. My direct debit is due to be taken by the 24th, and I don't want to be charged £186 without speaking to someone. If you could private message me, I can reveal the details.

I can't help directly, as I'm a customer, but just to say that yes, staff do monitor - it's a vital interface in the current situation.
