New contract

I renewed my contract back in August,and received a refund for being overchargedthe previous/current month ,in September.I now receive what appears to be another incorrect bill for Sep/Oct,having been overcharged  again!My current bill is for £38.48,when the contract was agreed at £27.99,but I am unable to see details of the latest bill,to check.Please Plusnet investigate asap,if this is to be a repeat of the previous 18 months,I will have to consider further options.

I have this morning,received a reply to my post,telling me that as far as Plusnet is concerned,my latest bill is correct,but with no other explanation.I am concerned that an extra £10.48 has been added to my bill,with no explanation.The contract was very clear as to what the charges would be,as detailed in an email dtg 091454 Sept 2020 (most communicators will understand that bit!),and I feel that somewhere down the line,things have gone wrong.Please answer asap.
