New contract then plusnet increase the cost?

Hi,
When I was just about to kick plusnet (PN) into touch and go elsewhere, PN sent me an email to say they would give me a better deal and offered me the same service for £25.94 a month.
I agreed and all was done on the 21st of June.
Today I get an email saying how 'brilliant' they are yadda yadda yadda, and for this brilliance they are going to increase the line rental to £16.99 a month, so not even a month has gone by and they're already moving the goal posts.
Not impressed, can PN confirm whether they're going to honour this new contract or are you going to increase the price, if the latter then I shall be moving elsewhere thank you

You'll still be receiving your broadband discount, but the charge for your line rental and call plan will be increasing slightly in line with the price rise.
