New contract still not processed

Hi, I agreed a new contract over a month ago and feel I was wrongly charged an extra £25 last month and yet still my new contract hasn't been processed and feel the same thing is going to happen this month. I don't really want to call helpline because there a joke but will have to cancel contract if this happens again.

Re: New contract still not processed

@mattjago84 Thank you for reaching our to us on our Community Forum, I hope you are well.

Following my previous contact, I can confirm that the new contract is now showing active and the new contracted price will be taking effect on the next billing date, as well as a backdated pro-rata credit refund.

@Townman This was picked up by myself on this thread https://community.plus.net/t5/My-Account-Billing/New-contract/m-p/2011073#M73433

I hope this helps

Hmmm ... the evils of duplicate posting!!

Duplicate posts, fixed in one place and left orphaned in another risks inappropriate impressions being made about the operation of this space.  Thank you for tying up the loose end! Wink
