New contract showing old end date on Account page

My contract was due to end on the 8th September so i contacted Plusnet on the 22nd August to make a new one, I got the email And ticket 193421075 confirming the new contract ( fixed term 18 month), but the End date on my Account page still says the old contract end date 8th of September Shouldn't this have updated Already ?

can someone on the plusnet team check to see if something is amiss I don't want to be hit with a wrong bill amount because the new contract hasn't kicked in , thanks .

Thanks for your post, @Terranova667 .

 

The date shown is just the end date for the current term - it'll update once that ends and the new 18 month term begins.

Thanks for that, this is the first time having a new contcract with the new Members page so wasn't sure how it worked.
