Just logged into my account to renew my broadband contract. The new contract offer says speeds of between 1mb and 6mb. At the moment my speed range on my contract is 8mbps to 16mbps. I average about 10mbps.
This therefore sounds like I am being offered a much slower speed in new contract. Am I right? Just tried to phone, but message is only do so if urgent as they're prioritising vulnerable customers, quite rightly.
Don't want to go ahead and take this offer if it ties me into awful broadband speed for 18 months.
