New contract not honoured
About six weeks ago I phoned the customer services to cancel my contract. I was offered a new deal which I accepted. The deal was for unlimited broadband, line rental and anytime landline and mobile calls. The latter was a change from anytime landline and international. The agreed price was £33 per month, for two years. The deal was due to start when my existing line rental ended, which I think was about 23rd Feb. This contract has not been honoured as I am still on my old contract and my last bill was for around £42. I cannot get through to customer services because of the emergency situation. Is there a staff member available to sort this out? Thanks.
