I agreed a new Unlimited Fibre Extra 18th month contract that started on 13/06/2022. Unfortunately whilst the contract has been extended by 18 months the discounts have not been applied, and therefore I am paying more than I agreed as evidenced by the bill that has been generated today.
@Gandalf please can you take a look at my account and fix it, so that I am being billed the correct amount. Every year I dread the hassle of renewing my contract, I just know the heap of junk billing system is going to get it wrong.

I've had a look into this for you and it'll need a bit of digging before I can fix.
I'll also see what I can do to stop the billing issues happening every year to you.
