New contract, being charged old price

I called on 01 October 2018 and agreed to a new contract at a different price. The bill I have just received, dated 18/11/2018 has charged the old price. Can this please be investigated. Ticket number #183161571

Sorry to see you've been charged more than what was agreed. I've corrected your discounts moving forward and applied a credit to your next invoice to compensate for the loss of discount this month.
