New contract. Being charged more than agreed

Hi I renewed my contract to fibre broadband, I am now being charged £18.for landline, this was not quoted at the time, please see attached file.

Wow, £15.99 for fibre AND phone line. That's currently the full price for just the fibre bit. I see that your letter is cut off on the right hand side. There's no chance that the cutoff bit says something like 'for fibre'?
