New contract 5 days old and can’t upgrade without penalty

Hello there,

 

I joined plusnet and my service went live 6 days ago. When I joined, fibre broadband wasnt available for my address, so I had to opt for standard broadband.  Today, fibre is suddenly available!  If I want to upgrade through my personal area on the web page, the cost is £30.99 whereas for new customers it’s £22.99. I feel a bit hard done by for the sake of 6 days.

 

Can anyone  from plusnet please help me? The online advisers are totally unhelpful.
