New broadband order

Hi I placed a broadband/phoneline order on Thursday and I haven't heard anything since. It just says we are processing your order on the members page. What is meant to happen next and when should I expect to hear about it?

Did you pay the initial subscription by card at the time of order or has a direct debit to be set up first? Needing a DD can delay placing the line+broadband order on BT to establish timescales. Then you will have to confirm availability for an engineer visit to install the line.

We've had an issues when placing your oder, we've put the full details on a ticket which you can view here. It's a MAC key that we require, if you can obtain this then we can get your services migrated over to us.
