New broadband not showing activation date

ordered broadband a few days ago and under my account shows the following:

Broadband orders typically take a week to complete. We're waiting for confirmation that your broadband order, due {strCustActivationdate}, has completed

I have tried to call, but pressing any option just says they are too busy to take any calls and hangs up

Chat is showing as off line

any idea how I can contact plus net or get an activation date?
