More features that have disappeared from the billing system:
- View Invoices/Payments is limited to 15 months. This is not long enough. I'm doing my (self-employed) accounts for last year so need transactions from Mar 17 ie 18 months. So please give us 2 years history. (And View Payments shows nothing before Sep 18 anyway)
- It's no longer possible to export a list of invoices credits. So I'm faced with viewing each invoice/credit and copying/pasting the details.
It does amaze me that PlusNet are so unaware of their customers' needs!

Hi @gandb2, the 15 months is to provide enough time to be able to view an invoice and save it should you wish to. I've sent off a request for the older ones for you, however can't guarantee that this can actually be done but I will let you know once I hear back.
If you are having an issue exporting the past invoices, I can happily arrange to get these emailed to you, just let me know.
