New billing system - email notification of bill readiness

When my September bill was ready to view, I received only a single copy of the advisory email. Under the old billing system I used to receive duplicate copies - one to my Plusnet postmaster address and the other to my "nominated" email account ( in my case a gmail address). The single copy I received this time under the new billing system was sent to my gmail address.

Similarly the email I got a day earlier advising of a delay in my September bill was sent only to my gmail address.

Are Plusnet now not using the postmaster address?

Re: New billing system - email notification of bill readiness

Thank you @jab1.

I have now checked my PN webmail postmaster account and they did also send the "your bill is ready" email to that address - must have got "lost" in the email client download or I just deleted it just leaving the gmail one to remind me to try to access the "Bills and Payments" page on line!!

However there is no sign of the "your bill is delayed" email being sent to the postmaster account. However, they did send my LRS reminder to both email addresses on the same day!?!

Therefore, they do seem still to be using both addresses most of the time!
