New billing for BT Sports app access

Just a heads up for those who still have the BT Sports addon - my latest bill (for BT Sport specifically) includes the new monthly rate of £10, my agreed discount of £2.50 and two "mystery" entries of £3 discount and £6 extra !! No explanation on the bill, but I've finally worked out that the extra entries are due to the increased sub rate for the BT Sport app from the middle of my billing period ie from the 17th Sept til 5th October.

Any staffers who read this - might have been nice to have this as a explanatory note on the bill. Presumably there will be different amounts dependent on when your bill is due in relation to 17th Sept.!!

I was just going to ask when the price for the BT Sports App which I registered for at £5 a month mysteriously became £10 a month.
Been with Plusnet for seven years and this is the first time I feel like they haven’t done me proud.
A contract is a contract. Not happy about this at all.

Hi there, we do realise that news may not be welcome and thanks for the feedback on how that's been communicated. BT Sports app access is an add-on so it's not part of your contracted services for phone and broadband with us.
