New bill format unreadable

Their is an error in the rendering of this page on my phone (Pixel 3A XL)

Do you have the same issues loading the actual bill OK? You’d go to the View My Bills button.

I thought I'd have a look at my bill using my iPhone to see if the issue was related to the device size. However I can't even get past the cookie banner as it won't allow me to select the 'Save and close' on the popup!

The bill does not suffer from the same issue, just far too much white space.

@dqj999,

 

I also have a Pixel 3XL and it works fine in a normal web browser on the phone. Can you try opening the page not in the inbuilt Gmail browser.

Yes I just tried going direct my to my account in the default browser. It's now got worse. It won't let me look at any past bills now. See both attachments.

Apologies for the previous response @dqj999 I believe my colleague was just looking at the internal system we use to reply to community threads, due to the way the system works attachments don't come through there.

I've checked the screenshots you've provided and could you try the following:

  • Try a different browser on your phone if possible, also what are the browsers you're using?
  • Try a different device if you can
  • Clear cookies & cache from your phone
