New bill WRONG!

Having just moved to PN for phone as well as BB, my QUOTED total bill is not what I am being charged.
I have had my BB rental charged as normal at £25.42 but then an additional cost of £11.99 for the phone being raised as well.
This is NOT what I was quoted by your customer options team 2 weeks ago.  Angry

Since the WHOLE reason for doing this was to SAVE money I am very unhappy with this.
TT is looking even more promising to me, even if I have to pay for a whole month to get out of my phone contract I will still be saving money in month 2+  : Undecided

That's not what we're trying to take nor what I can see on the invoices? The invoice for broadband shows the offer agreed with our COT team (the discount is showing against the broadband subscription).

Ok it seems I was wrong about the BB cost, but I assumed I would get charged ONE amount not TWO.
I thought I had already had received a notification of my BB cost (as per normal as this is the billing date) but I hadn't.
I apologise.

You should only get one bill, however I'm going to guess that this is your first month of homephone so the bill will be split.
