New account setup

Morning
I made my third referral the other night, Monday i think!
Anyway my sister went through the process and put her card details and direct debit details in, she is not sure if the stup completed. On trying to log in to the members section the username she chose is not recognised.
Can someone at plusnet check to see if there is an account set up or in the process of being set up for username : louisehiggy

Hi there,
We don't have any account with that name. Did she get an error message of any sort?

Dont think so, it might have timed out at she started the process off and finished it later in the evening.
Needless to say she wants to wait to see if any money comes off before trying again  Tongue

It won't.
We can't bill without a transaction ID, and you can't have a transaction ID without an account number.
