New account question

Ive been signed upto Plusnet for 14 days now with broadband, and yesterday my home phone was activiated, Ive not yet had any paper work in the post.
Will i get paperwork to confirm my account and details plus your T&C`s etc I did get an e-mail to confirm my account, but im sure someone said paperwork would be sent in the post too.
I thought maybe i would have got something by now

Plusnet don't send anything by post so you will have a long wait

There's a PDF welcome pack that's offered for download once you finish the signup process, there's probably a link to it in one of the tickets regarding the activation of your account but let me know if that's what you mean and I'll get you the link?
