New account query

Hi
My account has said "thank you for your order, we are now preparing your account" for about 7 days nearly now, is this normal as I believe my engineer is meant to be coming this Friday?

Hey Danny,
Just checked into this for you, I can confirm that the order is progressing, our system got in a muddle and has since been rectified.
Order committed for this Friday as expected.

So the order has been confirmed for Friday as I had no text or email "confirming" it so to speak

Hey Danny,
You're welcome Smiley - I can see there was a response added to your ticket (67967748) yesterday. It's showing that the question was closed via the member centre, so I would imagine you've read this one.
You'll be able to view it by going to https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=search and viewing closed questions within the last 7 days.

Yes I have seen it but I always have the doubt in my head whatever happens, I'd read people had text confirming it was going to be installed, which I haven't had so. As usual, curiosity starts kick in, you know how it is Smiley
