Moving back to Plusnet broadband and a few things seem to have changed since my last signup. I have been given a username, but need a password to log into my account online. However as far as I can see I haven't been given a password and can't see a link for setting one up for first time use.
Any ideas? TIA.
PS. Not sure if it's the Covid crisis but phone response times seem dreadful now
