New account password

Moving back to Plusnet broadband and a few things seem to have changed since my last signup. I have been given a username, but need a password to log into my account online. However as far as I can see I haven't been given a password and can't see a link for setting one up for first time use.

 

Any ideas? TIA.

 

PS. Not sure if it's the Covid crisis but phone response times seem dreadful now

Fix

@stume Were you not requested to create a password when you chose your user name? It's over eight years since I switched, but I'm sure that was part of the account set-up operation.

Thanks, my bad, I was having a brainfart, I had saved it in my password manager under the wrong ID 🙄
