New Sky Card

I would normally contact customer service by phone or online chat but both are impossible, Can anyone at plusnet explain why I have received an email saying you are sending me out a new sky card as I never requested one or even contacted you.

If you ordered BT Sport and didn't have a Sky card then we'd send a new one out, if you already had a card we'd normally just associate BT Sport with your existing card.
