Signed up 7 May , went live today 28 May but I have noticed in billing it says next payment date 28 May ?.
I paid on the 7 May at sign up and have had no services till today so how can another bill be produced asking for payment today when it only went live today .

Your next bill won't be until after you have been live for a month, so in your case 28/06/20.
