I sent my referral link to an old friend and she has just told me she has signed up to switch on April 29th from BT to Plusnet.
As she is elderly I am not 100% sure if she used the link I sent her or indeed if she mention my user name as the referral note mention.
How can I check this and if she hasn't followed the procedure correctly is there anyway amend this to reflect in my referrrals?
