New Customer, how long should it take to migrate.

Hi,
I signed up on the 23rd November to the Phone & Fibre BB, migrating from BT.
Ordering was quick and easy and the initial payment was taken via CC on the 23rd.
Since then nothing has happened, the status page on my account has been on 'Checking your Line' for the last week.
Is that normal?
