New Customer Order - no progress in 3 weeks

I placed an order to switch my phone and FTTC to Plusnet on 19th January. Nothing seemed to be happening and the online tracker was stuck on "checking your line", so I raised this through the online support on 4th February and was told "your account has been stuck in this state meaning your orders have not been placed. I am now passing your query to our Provisioning Department to place your orders, we will confirm once your engineer appointment has been booked". Still no change on the order checker, no emails, nothing. Can someone please look into this and get it moving.

Really sorry about that delay, I've queued the order up to be placed so it shouldn't be too much longer for you. Hope that helps.
