New Customer - Initial charge?

Upon signing up for plus net I already paid the initial setup charge up front and I have an invoice for that as well. I was wondering why under the order tracker it states "We're taking a first payment of £75.98 for your account" Huh? I already paid it in advance. So why is it still pending? Do they intend to charge me twice?!?

Hi there,
Looks like the payment was successfully taken a couple of days ago on the 6th, so we won't be charging it again I'm happy to say. I suspect it's just that the order tracker needs a nudge which I've just done for you, our provisioning team should be in touch soon to confirm the install appointment which I believe is presently booked in for the 19th Feb between 8am and 1pm. Hope that's all alright? Really sorry about that notification, I assure you there's nothing to worry about.
