New Customer Cashback

I signed up for the broadband service through the website and it offered cashback, I have still not received a cheque or any emails regarding this.

How long does this take.

Hi there,

 

We sent an email on the 24th August to the address on your account to claim this, can you check your email including spam and junk folders as this is the email that allows you to claim the cashback.
