New Customer. Can Plusnet Please Confirm I will receive Gift Voucher

Hi,
My Plusnet service is due to go live on the 29th of March 2021.
I've received confirmation of everything except-
Nowhere does it confirm I have been offered or will receive the £60 Gift/reward voucher which was the "hook" to sign me up.
I realise it may take some time to arrive but I'd appreciate some confirmation that it is part of the deal in the first place.
Can plusnet please confirm this is part of the deal?
