New Contract Term - Pro Rata Adjusted Bill?

OK -been ill and missed renewing my contract.  Missed it by one day.

The new contract runs from 16-09-25 through to 15-09-26.  The latest bill was done prior to me renewing.

As a result, I have a charge covering 15-09-25 thru 14-10-25.

New bill issued, as at the new extortion rate, so I assume with a new contract running from 16-09-25, that billing will issue an adjusted bill - so I pay 1 day at the extortion rate and the rest at the proper rate now back in contract 🙂

What normally happens, will they process as normal and then apply credit in future months?  I assume it will be done automatically, or will I need to phone the help-desk?

Thanks

Carl

@nimzoking64 Your next monthly invoice will have the pro-rata adjustment on it.

Re: New Contract Term - Pro Rata Adjusted Bill?

PS: I assume I lost my Static IP as well, will this be put back on?  Google keeps complaining about the IP - so I assume it's been flagged for some reason - I am sick of having to enter capture to do a google search 🙂

Cheers John - so next month will be free then 🙂 (well not really, I just paid early ....(lol))

I guess I should start checking out what I do after it expires next year due to copper switch-off .... at least time to change the telephone number ......

If you have lost your static - confirm it, and one of the Help Team will sort it.

Ignore this bit - looks like static not changed - so I suspect something else happening.
