Hi I had a email suggesting that £198.78 was about to be taken from my account. Phoned Plusnet for help as I had already paid this on the 14th. He said he could see the payment but couldn't correct it at the moment. It was suggested I cancel my direct debit so it would not be taken twice. I said can you send me an email to confirm this. No email was sent so I'm wondering do I cancel my direct debit or not. Furthermore why can't Plusnet credit my account so the bill won't be taken twice!
