New Contract Not Applied

On 20/3/19 I negotiated a new monthly contact for broadband/phone/TV at a monthly cost of £43.49 effective from 19/04/19. I have received a bill dated 19/04/19 which is for £53.15. The new contract does not seem to have been implemented. What is going on? I have attached a copy of the confirmatory email. My user name is [Removed].
