You appear to have given me a 2 month billing period instead of the one month. My usage refreshes on the 2nd this month NOW THE 4th!
why is my, what should be, my dec 2- Jan 2 usage now include from nov 2 -dec 2?
My currant usage is at 60.55gb, when it should be 1.7gb (2 days into new month)
You're charging me £5 per 5gb when I've not used 5gb this billing period!
Fix please

JUST ADDING! JUST DISCOVERED! I looked at my last bill to notice I've been charged twice at 5.97... I Quote from the website!
4. What happens if I miss a payment?
If you miss a payment, outbound calls (apart from emergency and operator) will be barred. Call barring incurs a one off charge of £4.90 to remove.
