New Billing Month And already Usage at 36 MB?

So its a New Billing month for me (14 June) - 14 July, I go to check my usage today and its saying i've already spent 36.08 to be exact MB of my usage ???? This can't be possible, we went over our 60Gb last month paying the £15 extra of 75mb, we did hit our monthly usage quite quick last month too and i'm wondering if what has happened now happened last month too ?
Any help and explanation as to why its saying i've spent over half of the usage on day 1 ?

Allowed usage 60GB = 60,000MB
Windows update (yesterday for me) was thick end of 36MB

Ahh yes i'm sorry lol, i was'nt reading correctly and thought it said GB haha,
