New Account

Opened a new account yesterday, and put on the application that I wanted a new email address.
I don't recall seeing anything to send a copy of my new account info to a second email address.
I realised afterwards that if I can't log into my new email address, I can't get any info on my new account.
So, when will the new account be active?  I've tried to log in this morning to my account and webmail, and it says invalid user name or password.
I got a text this morning about my broadband being active from 12th, so I thought it all might be set up by now.
Help!

If you  go to https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=myemail&s=1&redirected=yes&?membermenu=emailsettings then Manage My Mail
You may see an email address has been setup

Can't log in with the user name or password I created.
Says invalid user name or password.

This will need staff to advise as the account should be setup well before the activation date

Panic over, just tried to log in again with caps lock on, didn't realise passwords were case sensitive.
All working now, thanks.
