I want to take out a new Fibre and Line contract upgrade from a current Plusnet Unlimited Broadband (currently on offer for 18 month contract for existing customers).... is there a penalty charge if I have to move house during the contract?

There's no cancellation charge if you take out a new contract.
However there is a new line charge if there's no existing service to the new property that can be taken over.
The potential issue that's catching people out is if you move to a new property on a new estate or a block of flats that's only served with a FTTP arrangement. Because Plusnet does not offer FTTP you have to cancel and you will have to pay the cancellation charge.
