I split with my partner and she remains living at the property making use of the internet. We have changed the billing over to her, however we want to change the other details and get her a unique account name and password linked to that information.

As for the account details been changed we can only do that with bereavement cases. I would suggest having your ex-partner call up our new sales line on 0800 432 0080 to set up a new account in their name and with a new deal. The new sales line is open:
