I have moved out of a house share and am living with parents. I am currently the account holder and will have to transfer it to my housemate. However I am concerned that a new account will have to be set up and there will be a period where he won't be able to access the internet. Under the lockdown due to Covid19, he needs internet access everyday for his lessons for students.
Thank you for getting in touch, I'm sorry for any concern that this issue has caused you. Your housemate will need to place an order with ourselves or another provider of their choice to set up their own account. If you were to cancel your services and they were then to place an order, this may mean that they would be without service for several weeks. Another option would be for you to keep your account open with us until your housemate's new provider have taken over the line and your account with us would automatically cancel once they have taken over.
