Big Bill (happened before and it was adding line rental monthly where we had paid up front).
Got resolved after a few months of rebates and monthly calls. I think we're in the same boat again after having just renewed.
Happy with service so for folks and it always gets resolved but no on-line forum stuff is gonna help.

It looks like the Line Rental Saver had gotten stuck on our systems.
