Hello, I recently changed my full name (both first and last name) and would like to get this changed on my Plusnet account if possible, please.
I'm aware of the phone support but from searching here I've seen some of these changes sorted through PM as well. Since it's a full name change I assumed I'd probably have to show the deed poll to someone, just so it doesn't look like I'm trying to pass off the account to a different person or something.
