Need to cancel my account

Hi Plusnet,
I've tried calling many a time but the waiting times are just way too long to hang around for so I'm asking on here if you can please cancel my account from the 10th of this month, that's cancel my telephone and internet completely, you should see already that I placed a notice of leaving due to the bill rise back in September, a colleague I spoke to said he would leave a note and when I had decided how best to proceed he would get it done for me,

Are you transferring to another ISP or just cancelling the whole thing
If you are transferring then under the new rules the ISP you are moving to will do everything and you don't need to contact Plusnet
If you are closing the whole thing you can either write in by snail mail or phone Customer Options - see my sig for the number - but you have to give 14 days notice

I would think you are outside of the the timescales for cancelling due to the price rise, assuming you are still in contact.
