Need help closing my account

Hi its been almost 2 months i left plusnet and you still have my payment details saved which im not able to delete, so i wish for those to be removed and for my account to be closed.

My account is still showing upcoming bills ? Ive paid all my final bills and there should not be anymore.

If someone could look into this for me id be greatfull, i have replied to the ticket system you have but no one ever replies to it.
