Need copies of bills please!

I've given up trying to do anything myself.

Please will you send me pdf copies of bills for :-

2017 - January to June & December

2018 - January to August

Hi @Vibble, thanks for getting in touch. I'm afraid all bills prior to the the new Billing system introduced in September 2018 are not available in pdf format.

If you did wish to have the standard copies of the bills you can get this by accessing your bills via the member centre.

Should you have any issues please let me know.

I think only the past 15 months of bills are available.

Hi @Vibble,

For any bills that are under 15 months old but were produced prior to September 2018, you'll be able to view these via the billing section of the member centre in their original format.

As @pjmarsh has mentioned, bills over 15 months old are not available.
