Need contract end date

Shortly moving house and need to confirm whether I'm still in contract.  Bill claims I am, up to Feb 2020, but my emails seem to suggest Broadband ended Oct 2019 and Phone is monthly.

@Mads Thanks for info.  Will contact Customer Options to arrange new contract for new house (if Plusnet can do Shetland)
