Need clarification regarding promised upgrade.

Hello,
Having signed up for Plusnet just before the new 50% off and Unlimited bandwith offer was advertised I placed a call with Plusnet support before the engineer came to fit my new fibre broadband. After discussing my situation with a Plusnet rep I was told that once my line was active they would switch me on to the new deal (i.e 50% off for 6 months and unlimited bandwith).

If someone could please advise that would be great.

A staff member will likely pick this up in the morning though you could phone Customer Care if you want to try to get things moving quicker.
