Need an ORDI request to correct Openreach database

Hi,
I have an issue where my Openreach address is wrongly matched to a different address.
I've been receiving my broadband from PN for the past 2 years but unfortunately was cut off last Friday as my line was switched to TalkTalk. After going through various hoops, it turns out that my OR address is down as 48, not 41. I've been told that I need an engineer visit, but due the current crisis that won't happen until July. Obviously an engineer isn't required for the house as I've had internet for the past 2 years. Just need OR to update their system.
Can anyone help with this?

If you've switched to TalkTalk then I'd have thought that they'd need to deal with this for you?

This issue is, I never switched to TalkTalk. I was happy staying with PN but my broadband was cut as TalkTalk took over the line.
The people in number 48 set up an account with TalkTalk but I live in number 41. So the line was switched and we're both left without broadband.
