Need a 10 day grace period on our bill..

Hi guys, how do we apply for a 14 day grace period so we have to time to pay our bill without losing the internet

Hi Adam, 

Due to the coronavirus we have had to make a claim to UC! can we possibly delay our payment until we get paid on the 19th and have it set up for this day going forward please?
