Name Change not showing on my online account

I recently changed my name via deed poll. I called Plusnet back on 23/01/2023. I had an email that confirmed the name had been changed. However, when I go to manage account on my online account it is still showing my old name. I have raised this issue by adding details to the original ticket but it is still showing my old name under manage account. I thought it would take time to show online but I didn't think it would still be the same by 17/02/2023. Does anyone know what I need to do to update the name on my online account?

Hi @nmh 

I'm really sorry to hear this has happened

I've updated the account now and you should get a e-mail confirmation this time

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
